Playshops for
banishing burnout and engaging our own Oxytocin
response!
Offered as a monthly
series of four mid-week playshops:
Being a doula, serving
others with all we’ve got can eventually leave us
feeling dried up and desperately in need of
replenishment. Let’s gather with other nurturing birth
professionals and give ourselves a couple of hours each
week to rest in practices of the heart and experiences
of renewal, healing and empowerment. Each week we will
participate in some form of meditation, energy balancing
and hands-on activities of healing. All Oxytocin
promoting, these practices banish stress and cultivate
experiences of wholeness, peace and well-being.
